B260008 Digital Billboard Advertising Sales and Revenue Sharing Services
California State University, Sacramento invites qualified firms to furnish, install, commission, operate, and maintain three digital billboards on university property and market and sell university-approved advertising displayed on them. The successful proposer will provide the billboards at no cost to the University, operate and maintain them, collect advertising revenue, and remit an agreed minimum annual guarantee and revenue-sharing payments. The procurement uses a two-phase process consisting of Statement of Qualifications evaluation followed by fiscal proposals and interviews for shortlisted firms, with one agreement awarded on a best-value basis.
