N--NIFC BAS MAINTENANCE & UPGRADES

Description: The Bureau of Land Management, through the Department of the Interior at the National Interagency Fire Center, intends to award a purchase order for Building Automation System maintenance and upgrades. The work includes upgrading controller and engine firmware, replacing outdated network control engines, upgrading server software, programming devices and user interfaces, and providing one additional year of quarterly optimization visits for the campus HVAC system. The system must remain compatible with the existing Johnson Controls Metasys BAS at 3833 S Development Ave, Boise, Idaho, with anticipated award by September 25, 2026; interested vendors must be active in SAM.gov and describe their authority to access the control system.
