Municipal Judge Contract Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Contracted judicial services. The City seeks the services of a Municipal Court Judge to perform the functions and duties specified in Chapter 5, Section 3 of the Charter of the City of Canby, and to perform such other legally permissible and proper duties and functions as the City Council shall from time-to-time assign. The municipal judge is a non-employee independent contractor and reports directly to City Council.
