Multiple Buildings - Restroom Renovations FY23-24 (ITB)

Project scope includes, planning, design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty services for select restroom renovations in Research Center, Building and Building. Scope will include replacement of outdated mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, toilet partitions, fixtures, equipment, doors hardware and finishes to match the current Facility Standards for quality and energy efficiency and provide more efficient mop sinks. Reconfiguration, including expansion of restroom, is also needed to conform to the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the users occupancy requirements. See outside link.
