To upgrade and consolidate its fleet of multi-function printers (mfps) and its fleet of laser printers at both locations. The college is requesting an all-inclusive proposal for: opier/multifunction printer (mfps) management solution for its fleet of distributed copiers/multifunction printers, and laser printers located throughout the college. Option 1: A five-year lease term on the devices with an option to renew yearly after the initial five-year period, and an option to purchase the equipment outright and just have a maintenance contract. Option 2: To retain current devices with less than 50,000 pages printed that are not end of life, and purchase new devices outright based on assessed need.
