Mulching and Disposal Services for Vegetative Waste (Rebid)
The City of St. Cloud is seeking qualified, insured contractors to provide mulching and disposal services for vegetative waste. The selected contractor must furnish supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and fuel to perform the work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner. Sealed bids are due electronically by October 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 15, 2026.
