The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal of applicable existing heating systems and design/furnish/install of a new and appropriately sized HVAC system. The system should be 90% energy efficient and include a system to clean the air and kill airborne virus and bacteria. The completed system shall be tested for proper operation upon completion of installation. The new HVAC control system shall communicate with all the air handlers, pump, and valves, etc. seamlessly and efficiently, providing staff a comfortable living environment year-round.
