MS4 Stormwater GIS Data Development Screening and Reporting Services RFP

Description: Qualified civil/environmental engineering and geographic information system consultants to develop and standardize the town s municipal separate storm sewer system data and to perform required outfall screening, monitoring, documentation, and annual reporting support under connecticut s ms4 program. The work is divided into two sections so the town can evaluate price and qualifications transparently and authorize work within available funding. Respondents shall price each section separately and provide a combined price. The town may award both sections to one consultant, award sections separately, phase or reduce tasks, or make no award.
