MRN Pavement Data QAQC and Lifecycle Modelling Services 2026

Description: TransLink is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide quality assurance/quality control, data validation, integration, analysis, and lifecycle modelling services in support of its 2026 Major Road Network (MRN) Pavement Condition Audit & Survey. The successful Proponent will review and validate pavement-condition and LiDAR datasets collected under Project 1, support database integration and pavement-performance analysis, and develop rehabilitation strategies and life-cycle cost models. The work will produce technical reporting and recommendations for TransLink’s long-term pavement asset management and investment planning; the notice identifies this as an RFP for services rather than a grant.
