MPA 136 FY26 OE HVAC Maintenance, Repair and Installation
Description: The State of Rhode Island Division of Purchases is soliciting qualified vendors for MPA 136 FY26 Open Enrollment to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services statewide, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Vendors must hold required Rhode Island mechanical/refrigeration contractor licenses and meet mandatory MBE/WBE/VBE participation requirements totaling at least 15 percent of the procurement value.
