Description: The City of Madison is seeking a qualified moving company to relocate approximately 163 residents from one-bedroom units to newly built nearby units at the Triangle redevelopment site. The work includes packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and placing furniture, equipment, and other assets, and supports federally funded public and multifamily housing. This is a services procurement rather than a grant program; a mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 22, 2026, and proposals are due October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central.
