Mount Holly, NC - Construction of the South Gateway Connector Road Phase 2

Description: The City of Mount Holly is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 550 linear feet of new public roadway connecting to Caldwell Drive, which includes a 244 LF three-span bridge. The roadway will feature two 13-foot travel lanes and a 10-foot multi-use path, along with storm drainage improvements, ADA curb ramps, and guardrail where necessary. The project also includes approximately 556 LF of 12-inch ductile iron pipe water line, partially steel encased and installed with bridge hangers; this is an active construction bid rather than a grant program.
