Mosquito Lake Control Tower Roof Replacement

Description: Replacement of the standing seam metal roof on the control tower building. The work includes rerouting existing vent and exhaust pipes through the masonry side wall, installing a new gutter system, and integrating a new, certified, non-penetrating Lightning Protection System. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: Demolition and Disposal: Remove and legally dispose of the existing standing seam metal roof panel system, box gutter, scuppers, and lightning protection system down to the concrete roof slab.
