Monroe Metropolitan Sanitary Sewer System Jetting and CCTV Inspection

Description: The City of Monroe, Michigan is soliciting sealed bids (ITB 2026-017) for the Monroe Metropolitan Sanitary Sewer System Jetting and CCTV Inspection of approximately 5,090 lineal feet of large-diameter (36"-48") sanitary sewer as part of the city's Preventative Maintenance Program. Work includes pre-inspection cleaning/jetting, root cutting, bypass pumping, and NASSCO PACP-standard CCTV inspection of pipe condition, with at least 90% of pipe free of debris and 75% of pipe wall visible.
