MOF Marlinton RDO HVAC Replacement - (Request for Quotation)

Description: This project will include the installation of 1 new 15 KW air handler with heat strips, and a 3-ton heat pump with a new thermostat, wiring, proper ductwork design and installation, electrical disconnects, and a new pad for the heat pump. The project will also include the removal and disposal of the existing duct work, registers, returns, heat pump and air handler system as well as proper bracing and preparation of air handler installation location in attic. All registers and returns will be removed and reconfigured with wall/ceiling patching as needed to maintain proper ventilation in each room.
