MOF Marlinton RDO HVAC Replacement - (Request for Quotation)
This project will include the installation of 1 new 15 KW air handler with heat strips, and a 3-ton heat pump with a new thermostat, wiring, proper ductwork design and installation, electrical disconnects, and a new pad for the heat pump. The project will also include the removal and disposal of the existing duct work, registers, returns, heat pump and air handler system as well as proper bracing and preparation of air handler installation location in attic. All registers and returns will be removed and reconfigured with wall/ceiling patching as needed to maintain proper ventilation in each room.

AFNORTH Carpet Replacement - (Request for Quotation)
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, resources, and supervision required to complete the project as described. The contractor must adhere to all applicable safety regulations and base requirements. Phase 1: site preparation: Protection of Adjacent Areas: The contractor will take reasonable care to protect surrounding walls, baseboards, and any remaining fixtures from damage during the work. Furniture and Personal Items: Basic furniture moving is included. Government personnel will empty heavy filing cabinets if necessary. The client is responsible for removing all small, fragile, and personal items from the work area. Any large or specialty items (e.g., pianos, pool tables) must be moved by the client prior to the start of work. Measurements: The contractor shall be responsible for measuring and verifying the area and perimeter of all spaces receiving carpet, cove base and door transitions. Contractor shall submit physical samples of carpet, transitions, cove base, and LVT to customer prior to installation. See attached file.

Tree Removal: Cut down designated ash trees using industry-standard safety practices. Grind stumps to a depth of 6–12 inches below grade. Remove all debris from area, cut up or chip all logs and branches and remove from site or stockpile in designated area on CRL campus. See attached file.
