Modular Vacuum Chamber 2x2x2 With Accessories RFP

Description: Requirement for modular vacuum chamber 2x2x2 with accessories. Provide modular and flexible chamber that supports replacement of it’s chamber walls. Chamber should be capable of achieving lower than or equal to 1E-6 torr with adequate pumping system. Chamber shall have a volume equal to 2x2x2 F. Associated hardware necessary for pumping the system is required along with any needed sub components (filters, clamps, o-rings, pressure gauge). Hardware must be commercial off the shelf.
