Modular Garage Storage Building RFP

Description: The City of Waterbury is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a modular garage storage building at the North End Recreation Center. Bidders may propose either a 24-foot-wide by 36-foot-deep building or a 24-foot-wide by 24-foot-deep double-bay building, with an alternate price for preparing and installing a three-quarter-inch crushed-stone base. The solicitation is an open ITB, and bids must be publicly opened and read aloud after delivery to the Director of Purchasing by 11:30 a.m. on September 17, 2026.
