Modernization of the FAA-owned National Airport Pavement Test Vehicle (NAPTV) RFP

Description: Requirements for the modernization of the hydraulic, electrical, and control systems for the NAPTV, which includes: Evaluate the current system to determine requirements for upgrading the vehicle’s load capacity from 75,000 pounds to 90,000 pounds. Provide replacement components listed in Attachment I. Remove existing hydraulic, electrical, and control system components. Install and integrate new components into the NAPTV. Conduct operational testing and demonstrate system performance. Ensure compatibility and functionality of all components within the existing system. See attached file.
