Description: The State of Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) is soliciting competitive proposals for the MO HealthNet Managed Care Program to deliver managed care services under both a General Plan and a Specialty Plan across all regions of Missouri. The selected health plan must operate statewide across four designated regions, maintain an HMO certificate of authority by contract award (or by February 1, 2027), maintain an adequate provider network, implement member engagement and chronic care management programs, and comply with reporting requirements. The contract period is effective from date of award through one year and services include coverage for foster care children who may reside out of state.
