Replace blower bearings, 1 HP motor & single-groove sheave on Trane Climate Changer AHU. This is an older vintage unit (S/N K88J27308). Replace two (2) 3 HP motors & sheaves on AHU-1 and AHU-4. Installation of one (1) new single-groove 4" OD adjustable sheave on the main lobby unit.
