Description: The City of Waco is soliciting bids to provide mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, trash pickup and related maintenance services for the MKT Corridor Area. The contract term is one year with three optional renewals and requires the contractor to pick up trash on each mowing cycle and provide photos of maintained properties with each invoice; maps and detailed specifications are listed as attachments on the buyer's posting. Work may be performed Monday–Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) qualifications are not required for this project.
