MIXED-METHODS RESEARCH PROJECT

Description: This combined synopsis/solicitation seeks a contractor to conduct a multimodal public sentiment research project concerning Jamaican adults’ attitudes, knowledge, motivations, and information-consumption patterns related to migration. The work includes one nationally representative quantitative survey and one round of eight qualitative focus group discussions across eastern and western Jamaica, with requirements for respondent confidentiality, sponsor anonymity where directed, data protection, and documented methodology. Findings will support U.S. public diplomacy messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, message development, and future performance measurement.
