Description: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a Special Notice of its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to USGBF NSF, LLC for building-related services at its new headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The services include minor repairs, maintenance, HVAC, and electrical work, justified by the lessor's exclusive access to building infrastructure. Although intended as a sole-source award, the government will consider capability statements or proposals submitted via email by April 8, 2026.
