Mineral County Schools Two Modular Buildings

Construction of (3) 24' x 40' modular classroom buildings elementary school.

Work consists of modular expansion project - purchase of two (2) new dsa approved 24' x 40' modular classrooms.

Construction of new modular classroom buildings with associated site work and ada improvements. Construction of a wood framed building, concrete slab alteration, hollow metal doors & frames. The interior building components include electrical, data, fire alarm, hvac, air balance, plumbing, drywall, insulation, frp, paint, casework and countertops, acoustical t-bar ceilings, & lvp flooring, epoxy flooring, toilet accessories and partitions, window shades / coverings, and signage. The sitework includes site demolition, earthwork / grading, underground utilities, playground structures, shade structures, rubberized surface materials, septic tank installation, retention systems, site concrete, modular concrete foundations, electrical infrastructure.

Work includes removing two buildings, one gazebo, and one and the hauling/disposal of the debris appropriately. All components of the septic system on the property will be removed completely as part of this project. Slabs and raised foundations will be removed fully, as well as sidewalks, stairs, and ramps. Contractor shall remove all shrubbery and trees directly around both buildings and gazebo identified by the cor. Contractor shall remove 14' x 8' shed and chain link fence located on south side of site. See attached file.
