Middle Road Water Main Extension Project

Description: The City of Dubuque is seeking a consultant to develop a complete design for the Middle Road Water Main Extension Project. The scope includes project management, topographic survey, easement and property acquisition coordination, design and project document preparation, bidding assistance, construction administration, construction survey and staking, and construction resident project representative services. The project will extend the water main on the west end of the City to provide a loop to the Dubuque Industrial Center West and service to annexed areas west along Middle Road.
