Seaport intends to award one (1) Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for Shore Power Operations and Maintenance. The Consultant shall provide non-exclusive professional services, overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient shore power connections. Responsibilities also include verifying the accuracy and currency of operational and maintenance records (as maintained by the Operator), coordinating and supporting troubleshooting and repair activities, and immediately reporting any irregularities, unsafe conditions, or system anomalies to the Seaport Operations Department.
