Demolition of the following areas: Classrooms, restrooms, offices and cafeteria on the corner of Belton and Guillory St. This structure measures approx. 14,750 SF under roof including breezeways. Metal sidewalk covers on East side of cafeteria. These metal awning measure approx. 6' x 230'. Chain link fence situated just South of the cafeteria.
