Description: Demolish portions of a structure. The structure/property is more specifically described as the old classrooms, restrooms, offices and cafeteria located at the site of the former W. W. Stewart Elementary School. Demolition of the following areas: Classrooms, restrooms, offices and cafeteria on the corner of Belton and Guillory St. This structure measures approx. 14,750 SF under roof including breezeways. Metal sidewalk covers on East side of cafeteria. These metal awning measure approx. 6' x 230'. Chain link fence situated just South of the cafeteria. The fence runs west to east across the property and measures approx. 260' long. All debris shall be hauled off in dumpsters.
