Mechanical Contractor/Construction Manager (MC/CM) - Concourse HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Subcontractor selection for mechanical contractor/construction manager services (MC/CM). Provide MC/CM services for the Concourse HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement Project (CHIRRP) at Sea-Tac International Airport. The Concourse HVAC Infrastructure Renewal/Replacement Program ("CHIRRP" consists of the phased renewal and replacement of aging HVAC infrastructure serving Concourses B, C, and D at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The program addresses documented system deficiencies including insufficient air supply capacity, aging equipment at or beyond service life, lack of integrated smoke control systems, and limited ability to support current and future tenant and operational demands. The Project is characterized by significant operational, phasing, and coordination complexity requiring advanced planning, sequencing, and integration with ongoing airport operations.
