The Wyoming State Construction Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional service providers across disciplines such as architecture, engineering, surveying, geotechnical, environmental, and related services. Approved statements may be kept on file for two years and multiple firms may be selected for future projects. This is a standing qualifications roster solicitation and is not a grant program, and it remains open through December 31, 2026.

Requesting statements of qualifications (soqs) from experienced integrated design-build firms to provide planning, design, preconstruction, and construction services for the renovation of interior staff workspaces and the redesign of the customer service counter area at the tax office. Project generally includes, but is not limited to the following: interior renovation and/or new construction of approx 2.200 SF; improvements to public-facing areas, staff workspaces, and support functions; coordination of architectural, interior, mechanical, electrical, life-safety, security, and technology systems; phased construction and logistics planning to maintain continuous tax office operations during construction; integration of durability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability considerations.
