East Steet Housing - Morris Housing Authority (Request for Proposals)
This phase of work is to construct the remaining infrastructure, building foundations, building structures, driveways and parking, and all remaining project work for construction of 8 units of affordable housing in 2 one-story slab-on-grade buildings of 4 units each. Initial site preparation work will already be completed before this phase of work starts. The project Plans show all work needed for the project, including site work that will have been completed and is not in the current scope. Sheet C1 has a description of the current project scope.
