Maternal Child Health Needs Assessment (Request For Proposal)

Description: The selected vendor will conduct the first comprehensive, County-specific Maternal Child Health Needs Assessment aligned with the federal Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant framework and focused on National and State Performance Measures. The scope of work encompasses collaborating with public health leadership on assessment planning and methodology, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative maternal and child health data to identify trends and health disparities, engaging key stakeholders and community members, conducting a resource and gap assessment of existing services, and presenting a final written report with actionable recommendations to public health leadership.
