HVAC Services RFP
To provide routine service work, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, small and extensive projects not to exceed $50,000, and emergency repairs. The contractor will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment necessary for the well-being and comfort of agency staff, residents, and visitors. The contractor will install new units or replace parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines included in the scope of work. The contractor will perform these tasks at a level that supports the HPHA’s efforts to achieve the highest rating on HUD’s evaluation systems.
