The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to investigate and repair compromised high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping associated with the existing geothermal loop system. The work is anticipated to include removal of sections of existing parking-lot concrete; excavation to expose geothermal-loop supply and return piping; troubleshooting and identification of compromised piping; repair of geothermal ground-source piping; flushing, cleaning, purging, inspection, and testing of the geothermal network; backfilling of excavated areas; replacement and finishing of concrete; and final operational testing of the geothermal system.
