Description: NYCEDC is seeking expressions of interest from maritime operators, vessel designers, logistics firms, and technology partners to develop an all-electric and/or zero-emissions container-on-barge and associated tug service between the Brooklyn Marine Terminal (BMT) and the future Hunts Point Marine Terminal (HPMT). The service must be capable of transporting at least 100 40-foot refrigerated containers (reefers) per sailing with continuous refrigeration capacity. The initiative aims to improve food resiliency, reduce highway congestion and emissions, and catalyze zero-emissions maritime technology, with HPMT expected to open in Q2 2030.

BGE secondary feeder. Construct a new electrical distribution system to lots 300, 503A, 502 and 802, and replacement of partial existing MV feeders R1, R3 and R4. Project involves open trenching, dewatering, coordination with existing utilities, hauling, constructing the new duct bank, installing new electric manholes, installing new electrical equipment, and pavement restoration.
