Sand Filter Repairs and Improvements At South Locust Point Marine Terminal (Invitation for Bid)

Description: Sand filter repairs and improvements. Work associated includes, but is not limited to: replacement of the top 3 inches of coarse sand within the sand filters; clearing the outfalls; cleaning pipes; adding chain linked fabric to existing w-beam traffic barriers; furnishing and placing trash protection devices, oil filtration inlet insert; installing a stabilized pathway using flowable fill on the existing riprap slope with handrails, extending outfall pipes, and installing oil containment booms and all related work
