Description: New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to serve as the Fund Administrator for the Manhattan Cruise Terminal Community Fund (MCTCF), which supports community-identified projects in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood near the Manhattan Cruise Terminal.
