Managed Secure Research Enclave and Compliance Services
Clemson University seeks proposals for a managed, secure research environment and related security and compliance services for federally sponsored research involving CUI, controlled technical information, export-controlled information, and other restricted research information. The scope includes a CMMC Level 2-certified enclave with Windows and Linux workspaces, Microsoft 365 GCC High capabilities, identity and access management, and managed security and compliance services; an optional phase may integrate Clemson-provided HPC clusters and large-scale storage. The anticipated initial term is one year with four optional one-year renewals, and proposals are to be submitted electronically through Clemson's online bidding system.
