Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide comprehensive Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity in support of the District's public health operations. The selected contractor will provide a full range of information technology services, including managed help desk support, network administration, cybersecurity monitoring and incident response, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), endpoint and server management, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365 administration, vendor and technology management, and strategic IT consulting. The successful proposer will support the District's existing technology environment using a vendor-neutral approach and work collaboratively with third-party technology providers to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. Qualified firms with experience supporting public sector, healthcare, or other regulated organizations are encouraged to respond. Vendors should demonstrate experience providing managed IT services, cybersecurity, and technology management in environments requiring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
