Escambia County Public Safety is soliciting quotes for FY27 maintenance support of Priority Dispatch software, covering October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. The work includes routine updates and system health checks, technical support with a 30-minute outage response, bug fixes, software updates, enhancements, security management, VPN access, documentation, and user training. The contractor must provide 24/7/365 support and have access to the software’s original source code for required modifications.
