Maintenance Shop Renovations At Noman M. Cole Jr. Water Recycling Facility (Application for Pre-qualification) RFP

Description: Project consists of renovating the maintenance shops and providing new equipment. Major elements of the Work include: Demolition of interior finishes, shop equipment, doors, partitions, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T'; Providing new partitions, doors, finishes, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T' where indicated; Providing replacement of existing HVAC system, vents, ductwork, and other mechanical equipment; new plumbing fixtures, piping, and connections; new electrical outlets and light fixtures.
