Roof Maintenance

Description: Work includes roofing service personnel and furnish all labor, with no paid travel time, materials and equipment associated with all staging, site, roof and gutter preparation required as directed by dpw buildings & cemeteries personnel to inspect and maintain multiple roofs, gutters and downspouts including but not limited to shingle ply systems, modified systems, asphalt shingle, epdm, membranes and fabricated metal including drip edging, ice shield and any additional specific materials required to perform inspections, maintain, clean and properly dispose of roof, gutter and downspout build up at various town buildings and sheds.
