The County of Accomack, Virginia seeks a qualified utility provider to design, construct, own, operate, and maintain a natural gas system along Route 13 from the Maryland state line to the Town of Accomac. The selected provider will be responsible for planning/design, construction/installation, commissioning and operations/maintenance for a minimum 30-year period, including community engagement and training.
