Maintenance Base Overhead Door Replacement - (Request for Quote)

Description: The Contractor shall furnish and install an overhead door meeting the following criteria: Opening Dimensions: 24’ x 12’. Wind Load: Standard door construction must withstand 20 p.s.f. in accordance with ASTM E330 using a 1.0 design factor (LRFD). Curtain: Interlocking curtain slats roll-formed from 24-gauge galvanized steel. Must include a 24-gauge backer slat and R-7.2 insulation. Weather Seals: Must be applied to the top, bottom, and sides. Bottom Bar: Fabricated from two galvanized steel angles (standard for non-wind lock doors). Guides: Fabricated from a minimum of three 3/16" structural steel angles bolted together to form a guide channel. Headplates: Fabricated from minimum 1/4" steel plate for mounting the curtain, hood, and barrel assemblies. See attached file.
