Magnifiers FY27

Description: The City of Philadelphia’s Free Library seeks light-up credit-card magnifiers with a switch-on light, a 3X lens, a clear storage sleeve, and a blue one-color logo imprint. Vendors must provide a sample before award, and the purchase will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, either as a whole or by line item. Delivery is to the Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians in Philadelphia, and sellers must not deliver until notified by the department.
