LVCC Central Hall Airwalls

Description: Work inlcudes remove and replace track, rollers/trolleys, and motors, repair and refinish operable wall panels (including cleaning, dent/scratch repair, painting, and/or fabric replacement as required), provide design-build electrical work for new motors and controls, remove acoustical ceiling tiles and grids, cables, light fixtures, speakers, and HVAC diffusers and grills as needed, remove existing light fixtures, protect in place for future use, and reinstall to match existing conditions, provide new structural steel framing with intumescent coating where required.
