Description: The City of Longview is soliciting sealed proposals for LV2503 McWhorter Park Pickleball Courts to construct two concrete pickleball courts and associated sidewalks, fencing, electrical/lighting, and related work. Plans and specifications are available only through CivCast (www.civcastusa.com) and may be examined at Hayes Engineering, Inc. The City directs that sealed proposals be addressed to Rick Evans, Interim Director of Public Works, and will be publicly opened at the Public Works Service Center.
