LTBB - Health Park Water Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Replace the entire asphalt shingle roof and appurtenances on the facility. Replacement shall include complete tear off and replacement of existing asphalt shingles, drip edge, underlayment, flashing, water- ice shield, and vent flashing. Work includes removal and reinstallation of existing vinyl siding on second story walls that intersect the roof. Engineer proposes use of counter flashing over the step flashing to keep vinyl siding and associated penetrations minimum of 6 inches above the roof line. Contractor shall be allowed to re-use existing metal roof vents, however the ridge vent shall be replaced in its entirety.
