Description: To provide all material, equipment, labor, incidentals, overhead and profit for the construction of a 200 MPH Wind Rated, First Responder’s Hurricane Safe Room. The structure and associated site work is to be constructed as a single-phase project consisting of +/-6,980 sf. CMU and hollow core roof plank construction will be utilized for the wall and roof framing of the structure, and the project includes a generator for backup power.
